1. Applicable commercial terms
Before a paid service begins, the relevant order form, plan confirmation, invoice, or written agreement should state the fees, billing interval, included usage, taxes, payment due dates, renewal, cancellation, and any refund eligibility.
2. Charges
Customers are responsible for agreed charges and applicable taxes. Usage beyond an included allowance may be billed only where the applicable plan or written agreement explains that usage model.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation timing and effect depend on the agreed service term. Unless an agreement says otherwise, cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already incurred for delivered service, committed capacity, third-party costs, or an active billing period.
4. Refund requests
Refund requests will be reviewed against the applicable written terms, service delivered, payment status, and mandatory consumer or commercial law. A decision will not be based on an unpublished or invented refund window.
5. Third-party fees
Messaging, infrastructure, AI provider, payment, or other third-party fees may be non-refundable once incurred, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
6. Billing disputes
Customers should raise a billing concern promptly through the verified support route and provide the relevant account, invoice, date, amount, and reason without sending passwords or payment credentials.
7. Changes
Future public plans may include plan-specific billing and refund terms. Those terms should be presented before purchase and will take priority for that transaction where legally permitted.
